1. Who we are

Tokyo Tour is operated by TOKYO AGENCIA DE VIAGENS E TURISMO LTDA (CNPJ 31.008.719/0001-00), headquartered at Av. We are an independent online reseller; we are not the operator of the attractions, venues, events, or services offered on this site.

2. What you are buying

You are buying reseller-arranged timed entry to a public observation experience in Tokyo, scheduled by entry window. The price covers entry only. Food, drink, photography services, luggage storage, transport, parking and any other in-venue purchases are not included.

3. Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in Japanese Yen. Before payment, checkout shows the supplier face value, Tokyo Tour agency fee, included taxes, and final total.
• Tokyo Tour is an independent reseller. Our final reseller price may differ from the face value charged by the primary supplier.
• Your card may be billed in your local currency at your bank's exchange rate.
• Payment is processed by a third-party PCI-DSS provider; we do not store full card numbers.

4. Cancellation & refunds

• You may request cancellation up to 24 hours before your entry window. When the supplier rules allow cancellation for that booking, the refund returns to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Cancellations requested within 24 hours, missed entries, late arrivals, and already-issued non-refundable supplier tickets are non-refundable unless the supplier expressly allows an exception.
• If the supplier cancels the entry entirely for safety reasons, we help you reschedule or obtain the supplier-approved refund.
• If the rooftop is closed at your selected admission time but the indoor observation area remains open, same-day cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the supplier policy and must be requested before entry.

5. Your obligations

• Arrive 10 minutes before your slot. Entry is tied to the time printed on your ticket; late arrivals may be refused and missed slots are not transferable.
• Follow the venue's safety instructions and respect other visitors.
• Store large luggage before arrival and use venue lockers only for items the supplier allows. Rooftop rules may restrict bags, hats, food, drinks, tripods, selfie sticks, headphones, strollers and loose items.
• Do not resell or transfer your ticket for profit. Tickets bought for resale are void.

6. Limitation of liability

We act as an intermediary between you and the venue. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket. We are not liable for indirect damages (missed flights, hotel costs, etc.) caused by venue closures or local conditions outside our control.

7. Trademarks & third-party rights

All trademarks, logos and architectural identities of the venue remain with their respective owners. Photographs on this site that depict the venue are used to identify the product on sale and not to imply endorsement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Senador Canedo, GO, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply otherwise.
