You can request cancellation up to 24 hours before your entry window. When the supplier rules allow cancellation for that booking, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Same-day cancellation is normally not available, except when the supplier allows it because the rooftop is closed at your selected entry time and you have not entered yet. Missed entries, late arrivals, and already-issued non-refundable supplier tickets cannot be refunded.

Weather and safety decisions are made by the applicable operator or supplier. The rooftop may close without prior notice during strong wind, rain, snow, lightning risk, extreme heat, or other safety conditions. If the supplier cancels the entry entirely, we help you reschedule or obtain the supplier-approved refund. If the indoor observation area remains open while only the rooftop is restricted, refund eligibility follows the supplier policy for that date.

Yes — personal photography is welcome. On the rooftop, keep it simple: smartphones, pocket-sized cameras, or binoculars with a neck strap are normally acceptable. Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, professional lighting, commercial filming, and loose items that could fall or blow away are not allowed.

Wheelchairs and mobility aids can be used, and staff can direct guests to priority elevators where needed. Multi-purpose restrooms and baby facilities are available around the observation floors. Strollers are subject to venue rules: personal strollers may need to be stored, and rooftop access with a stroller may require a venue-provided stroller with some rooftop areas restricted.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your entry window. Entry is tied to the time printed on your ticket; if you arrive late, admission may be refused and you may need to book a new slot. For the last admission time, late arrival is especially risky because the day may close before staff can admit you.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the observation levels, including gum or snacks on the rooftop. There is a café on floor 46, and several restaurants are located on the lower floors of the building.

The admission entrance and ticket counter are on the 14th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square. The smoothest route is usually the dedicated elevator from the 1st floor. Do not confuse it with the Sky Lobby in the nearby Shibuya Hikarie building — that is a different place.

Large luggage should be stored before arrival. For rooftop safety, bags, backpacks, pouches, hats, food, drinks, headphones, tripods, selfie sticks, and other loose items normally cannot be taken onto the rooftop. Small prohibited items can be placed in the dedicated lockers around floor 46, but large suitcases should use station lockers or luggage storage nearby.

Supplier inventory is usually released up to about two weeks ahead, and popular sunset/evening windows can sell out quickly. Availability on Tokyo Tour depends on supplier inventory, so booking earlier gives you a better chance of getting the time you want.
